Browse option

The user can either copy/paste a filename or select it using the browse dialog.
In the last case, variables substitutions are performed to the filename in order to try to make it portable (project_loc, workspace_loc, microej_loc)

Parameters:

label - Label option

outputProperty -

browseLabel -

extensions - if != null, list of file extensions allowed see FileDialog#setFilterExtensions(String[]) (otherwise browse a directory)
